It has been quite a long time since I last posted and I wanted to let everyone know that I am still here and hanging in. This summer has been unsettled as I ponder constantly on what I should do with my place and in what direction I should go. I have come to the conclusion that I will be selling this place and downsizing to a property that I can use more efficiently to raise and train my Ratties and other dogs. There are places for sale in the CO area that have a decent size home and either a daylight basement or a large shop on the property. That is what I will be looking for and plan to buy once my place has sold. I am not sure where in CO, or possibly UT, I will end up just yet, but am hoping to be able to locate the right place here locally.
That being said, I do have tentative plans to breed Sammie in January/February, 2018. If things are in place and I and the crew are settled into our new home by then. We should be if things go well. The main reason that I am breeding Sammie is because of the unexpected loss of one of my puppy buyer’s dogs. Sadly, Gus, aka Bizcuts, from the same litter as Sammie, passed away due to an accident this summer. This tragic loss has really affected my friends, so I am offering them a pup from Sammie.
That’s about it for now. I haven’t been doing much with the crew except taking them out to irrigate with me this summer. I am looking forward to moving on and setting up new digs for me and the crew. I will post any updates as they happen, so check back or sign up for notification to see where I am at.

My son is encouraging me to move over to the other side of the mountains. I don’t know yet where I am going to go. Things are becoming interesting here, so
